Two-stage blower

The TRS booster fan is a two-stage blower, which consists of two RSW fans.When the fan impeller passes through the inlet end, it captures and quantifies the air between it and the housing. As the impeller rotates, the air moves sideways, and the pressure gradually increases and then it is sent to the outlet end. Complete the primary pressurization and enter the condenser to cool down, and then from the other end of the condenser into the second—stage fan, from the inlet of the second-stage fan to the outlet to complete the secondary pressurization.

The two TRS wind turbines run in series, and through secondary pressurization, the fans achieve high pressure.The cooling system of the condenser can effectively cool down the gas discharged from the first stage of the fan, and the temperature at the inlet of the second stage is ≤40℃ to ensure the normal operation of the second stage of the fan.
